Lottery play through Overseas Subscribers Agents is valid only where legal. You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of this Website's services is legal in the country where you live. |

Once your entry has been received and processed, you will receive an official entry confirmation by email - showing the exact numbers you are playing, the starting date of your play, the number of draws in your order and all other details pertinent to your play. After each Draw you have entered, you will also receive Draw results and any prize notifications by email. You are therefore responsible for ensuring your spam filters are properly configured to allow Emails from Overseas Subscribers Agents. |

OSA guarantees its best efforts to enter your number selections into all Lottery Draws within your subscription period. However, in the event your numbers have not been entered in one of the Draws due to causes beyond its control (such as force majeure, computer system error, or negligence on the part of any individual Lottery Agency), OSA will not be held liable for any prize you should have won. OSA will enter your number selections in the full number of Draws to which you have subscribed. |

This Agreement is effective immediately upon submission of your entry, and will continue until Overseas Subscribers Agents receives written notice from you to terminate your lottery enrollment or the last date for which lottery entries are to be purchased on your behalf, as indicated in your Official Entry Confirmation. |
